I used to have a giant matrix of characters and how I shipped them but let's make this easy: I am a giant multishipper/polyshipper. I have a handful of OTPs and most of them branch into OT3s and more in a number of ways, depending on the mood or universe. A majority of my stories showcase chaotic-bi themes and I've been trying to branch into more ace-rep and queer-platonic relationships.
Do you want to write characters being sexy? Go for it. Do you want to write characters in established relationships without thinking about how they got there? Go for it. Do you want to explore character relationships outside of a sexual/romantic connotation? GO FOR IT.
My only DNWs on the relationship matrix are intentional erasure and incest.
